Out with the old! Sale
Happy New Year!
So many things have happened to me in the last 10 days (since I went underground and offline to celebrate Christmas and New Years). I got in touch with my authentic self again. Did a mini life cleanse on my life. Set new priorities.
My husband accepted a new job, in a new city.
We had a serious buyer put an offer on our house BEFORE we even put it on the market. Gotta love real estate agents who are ambitious and know their network marketing!
I’ve spent some time relaxing, reflecting and releasing attachments (especially the one to our first home! This is what allowed it to sell overnight.)
As 2012 is a World Year 5 in Numerology (2+0+1+2=5), and I am now in a Personal Year 5, all of this is to be expected. 5 is a time to release the old-not-working-any-more and move on to new adventures! Because of this, I’m having an Out With The Old Sale to replace my usual 12 Days of Christmas Sale.

My theme for 2012, as I announced it a few weeks ago, is ‘Dump The Junk.’ It’s fitting for more than one reason.
Next year in numerology is a World Year 5 (this is very different than a Personal Year), and the theme for Year 5 is releasing what isn’t working to allow for new opportunity to come in. Let’s get real here…
It started yesterday and runs until December 8th. A revolutionary new look at who we’re being in the world and if we like the person in the mirror.
I used to be as pent up and fake as they come. I was working away at my life To Do list, checking off all the things that I thought would make me happy and working towards a life of resentment, frustration, and stuff!
It wasn’t until I peel back all of the expectations that I’d allowed to build up and dumped the junk covering up my authentic self that I became a happier, healthier person. I had to get raw and real first.

Reflection and NonJudgement
I am a BIG fan of oracle cards. I don’t plan my entire life around them, but I do consult them regularly for comfort, confirmation and insight. My favorite deck is Wisdom of The Hidden Realms by Colette Baron-Reid (which this card is from) and I use it for myself and for clients.
This card is very pertinent. We’re reaching the end of the year and it’s the perfect time to sit back, reflect and decide what to do next.
How is life? Is it how you had mapped it out according to your resolutions 10 months ago? Did you lose those 10 pounds? Did you finish your manuscript? Did you make the effort to spend more quality time with your husband or find the perfect business coach?
