Why Numerology?

I am a lover of any kind of ‘tool’ that I can use to give me comfort and boost my faith when it comes to life, love and business.

Oracle cards, Angels, crystals, prayer, affirmations…yep, I use them all as ways to provide me with insight and increase my confidence. I will seek out an Oracle card for guidance rather than ask 20 people what I should do. I pray when I’m afraid. I ask my Parking Guides to ensure safe trips, no traffic hassles and an easy parking spot when I get to my destination.

Call me woowoo, crazy or ‘out of touch with reality’ if you like, but it all works to provide me with what is most important: Confidence in myself, my calling and my place in this world. And I use this ‘external’ tools to tap into my own inner guidance, rather than always asking others what I should do.

Numerology has been another aspect of this for me, however, I’ve come to discover that it’s WAY more important and WAY more helpful than my oracle cards and my crystals when it comes to planning, forecasting and ‘predicting’ my life and my business.

What is it?

It is a tool used to improve your life. It helps you take an active role in planning for your future, with heads up for ‘best’ times and ‘worst’ times for certain events (weddings, big trips, book launches, surgeries). It also can help you discover your life purpose, determine why you feel stuck (fighting against your authentic self) and reveal why some people are ‘toxic’ to you (likely an anti-match…we can’t all fit perfectly, but understanding this makes it a lot easier to get along!).

Your chart reveals strengths, weaknesses, personality, how you feel inside, and the YOU that you show the world. It can help you recognize what you really want AND then show the best way to go get it.

Sooooo much information, I’m still digesting everything – but I LOVE it! The descriptions were spot-on and a great set-up for the info on the year ahead. When I read your statement below “Looks like you’re going to have a crazy year ahead…” I thought “Dear heavens, NOW what?!” And I came to the realization that the past few years of taking on the problems in my life have taught me that I was stronger than I first thought, and the processes have made me stronger still. How does it work?

Using your full Birthday (Day, Month, Full Year) and your Birth Name and Public Name, I can tell a lot about you. I can almost immediately see where your struggles are, why, and how to overcome them.

Using the Birthday and Name info you provide, I take a few days to create a specific report for you. I share your Life Path Number, Soul Number, Power Name Number, Birthday Number and your Attitude Number (these 6 numbers are most important). I provide you with what each means, and how it relates to YOU and Your life.

I then share with you your current Life Stage (there are 4) and what your mission/struggle is.

One client I prepare a report for was struggling with indecision and procrastination for most of the month of October. When I looked at her numbers, I saw why. She was in an ‘Introspection’ month. November was a month of Doing and Movement for her. And that is exactly what happened. It was like the energy loosen up and she felt free to move forward quickly.

Have you ever noticed that you have CYCLEs in your life…times of quiet and times of chaos? It’s likely written blatantly in your numbers and can save you a lot of frustration and resentment when you see it coming!

Surgeries, Dentist Appointments, Health

When I booked my Lasik Eye Surgery last spring, I made sure that I booked it on a Perfect Day for me! And as I was lying with my head locked in, the surgeon was telling me that a small percentage of people will have to come back for upgrades because the laser is not 100% accurate, 100% of the time. I feel sorry for whoever booked their surgery on an Off Day, because mine was perfect! And I knew it would be.

Business Launches, Book Launches, Even Launches (any major event in business!)…You want to ensure that you’re doing these in a month that will set you up for success.

When I launched Dump The Junk volume 2 in September, it was a perfect month for that! It was a month to commit and be responsible and to act rather than procrastinate and would bring success IF I was willing to stand up and take action! And my launch was a huge success. If I’d waited until October (my original launch month), I’m not sure it would have been as successful. October for me was all about health (and wouldn’t you know, it was because I found out I was pregnant and dealt with morning sickness for most of the month!)

Relationships
Ever felt the heebie-jeebies from someone? Or thought to yourself, ‘How can she STAND HIM?’ about your best friend’s new boyfriend? It’s likely a mis-match in numbers. If you’re dating someone new and are interested in how it will fair long-term, or are thinking about entering a business partnership with someone, I’d ensure that you’re a match and compatible to work together. This will save you a lot of ‘I told you so’s from your friends and that feeling that you KNEW something was a bit off.

I recently spoke to a really well known industry guru about entering into a close affiliate relationships. I personally like her. She’s very bubbly and friendly. I think her services are well done and I certainly respect her. However I wasn’t totally sold on working with her. I decided to look into her numerology and I discovered that she is a Life Path 5, (even though she shows the world in her Attitude Number that she’s a 3…which is why I like her)..one of the least compatible numbers for ME (a Life Path 11/2). I immediately knew what my gut was getting at and I decided to set that relationship aside for now. The numbers confirmed what my intuition already new…but the conscious me couldn’t translate.

Those are the main ways I use numerology, but you can use it to name your children (probably something I’ll investigate!), to plan trips, pick phone numbers, sell your house, whether to move (or stay put), change careers, plan a sabbatical, name your business…pretty much for anything!

From deciding if you should lay down that 5-figure amount for coaching next year, to figuring out when to launch your book, when to plan your first teleseminar or who to invite as a JV partner in your telesummit or live event next year, I can’t say how valuable it is to know ahead of time the general ENERGY and VIBE of your year and months ahead!

What’s a “Forecast?”

Each person’s numbers are completely unique. Which means that in any month, you may have a different experience than your sister or best friend. Each year is also themed for each person (Personal Years run in 9 year cycles).

Example:

My client Patti is currently in a Personal Year 6 for 2011. This year is all about learning and knowledge. She took that to heart and spent her year attending conferences, workshop and seminars and hired me to help her host a virtual event. Next year is a 7 for her. She is advised not to force things, but to continue planning and focusing so that she can fully manifest and implement in her 8 Year…which is a very prosperous, happy time!

Example:

For myself, I’m in a Personal Year 4, which is also about learning but it’s the time to ‘come out as an expert’ (which I’ve done with my numerology ) AND to balance that with family life. Something I’ve had to think about as I learned that we’re about to have our first baby next year. Incidentally, next year (a 5 Year) for me is a great time for pregnancy, as well as a total whirlwind of ups and downs! Which can be expected as we contemplate whether to move for my husband’s career AND having a baby. I can relax because I see it as ‘this to shall pass’ and the stress, although inevitable, does NOT have to take over my life…because I can see it in the numbers!
