Chakra Basics — Understanding Inner Energy

I have a very basic understanding of the chakras. Very basic, and I couldn’t write anything as concise and easy to understand as the following article. So I googled, and found this at http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-91/The-7-Chakras-for-Beginners.html
If you are interested in more information, please join me on Authentic Self Expressions today (Wednesday Feb. 3, 2010) at 4:30 pm CST because I have Andrea Beaudoin on to talk about the basics of the chakra system. Listen live at 4:30 pm CST (go to http://time.gov for time zone conversion) at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/authentic-self.

Can’t make it live? Listen to the archived version later at the same address.
