How to Always Live a Joyful Life
1. Just say yes! To Abundance. Abundance doesn’t always mean money. Think of the entire wealth of your life. Your friends, your family, pets, shoes, loose change! Your life is full of abundance if you look for it. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, focus on what you do have. Dwell on the fact that you are swimming in reasons to be grateful!
2. Just say yes! To Love. Over time, you might find yourself jaded to love and romance. Are you afraid to let love in? There are many kinds of love, romantic love, lust, platonic love, love for children, love for pets, love for nature. You are surrounded by love, and in fact, are created from love! Love is all there is (really), but you’ve been hurt in the past or taught to “play it cool.” Don’t shut love out. Fling your arms open and look for reasons to call it into your life. Start with yourself!
3. Just say yes! To Happiness. Do something with great enthusiasm…like you’re doing it for the very first time. Pour the best cup of coffee ever! Be the nicest, sweetest women in the checkout line at the store. Walk the dog with renewed vigor and admire the beauty all around you. This is called living in the moment. Find joy in the small things, feel appreciation for the wonder of nature and everything you already have and you will easily say YES to happiness.
4. Just say yes! To Health. Dwelling on a problem (any problem) only causes you to focus on it more. You see it more prevalent in yourself and others. This adds more evidence, which gives you even MORE reason to focus on it. It’s a pretty easy trap to fall into. But take all of that energy that the worry is taking up, and focus it on the health already in your life. If you have a recurring rash (or headache or muscle ache), put focus on the fact that you are mobile, or that you see clearly. Your sinuses are clear. Your spine is flexible. Do whatever you need to do to focus on what is working!
5. Just say yes! To Fun. Instead of punishing or denying yourself, make the time to have fun. This is probably the easiest YES to miss (or purposely exclude). Make the effort to watch a funny movie, laugh, smile, talk, play, have fun! Do what you need to to focus on feeling really good. (And I’ve heard a rumour that 68 Seconds of feeling good is all you need to positively shift your energy/vibration!) Isn’t that wonderful news?

How to Discover Your Authentic Life
Obviously being an Authentic-Life coach, my clients come to me when they need some help sorting through some issues, finding their voice or breaking free from their victim story. To help them through this, one of the first things I do with my VIP clients is establish their Life Vision.
A life vision looks at the 8 ares of life, and can help to create a life where all parts are working in harmony together. After creating your vision you discover which areas you are happiest, and which areas need a little effort.
We go through a series of questions together, and at the end the client has a much clearer picture of what their authentic life can look like with a few mindset changes and some action principles.
So how can you discover your authentic life (and bring in health, wealth and happiness) without a coach to guide you?
- Look at the 8 life areas in detail, as they are for you right now. (Use my Authentic Life checklist in my toolkit. Sign up to get it with a free Basic Membership to Authentic Self at http://www.kimberlyenglot.com).
- Describe how you want these areas to look in an ideal world.
- Compare the two pictures.
- Create an “order” for God (or the Universe). Your order is your plan to change. For example, you want to spend more time with your family and less time at work. Your order might look like this (make sure you place it in the present tense): I am spending more time with my kids because I only work 40 hours a week, instead of 60.” Don’t worry about how, just be open to this happening.
- Practice gratitude. Nothing makes you feel better about your life as it is right now than realizing how wonderful it really is. Practice this daily.
